Summary of position:

As Demand Generation Specialist - you are a person that wants to drive, not just manage, all demand generation campaigns and programs. You’ve proven experience buying B2B leads and driving end-to-end campaign strategy - from writing marketing copy, primarily for emails and landing pages, through execution. You’ve excelled at, and will be accountable for, optimization and conversion metrics and you have a deep understanding of lead scoring, nurturing and marketing automation platforms. You are metrics-oriented, understand buyer personas, the sales funnel, how to segment a lead database, and how to write accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for goal tracking in social media platforms.Account handling.
  • Craft targeted messaging in line with buyer persona needs & product positioning for nurture and other campaigns.
  • Responsible to negotiate and optimize spend on all lead sources.
  • Own complete marketing funnel and the process to create sales qualified leads.
  • Analyze data related to opportunity conversions, marketing stages, campaign performance, database health, acquisition source and campaign effectiveness.
  • Obsessively track, measure and report back to the business on key performance indicators, including spend, lead qualification rates, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition and customer lifetime value of multiple lead sources.
  • Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize email marketing campaigns and programs to new and existing prospects.
  • Use CRM, marketing automation, Search Engine Marketing tools and CMS.
  • Create, distribute and follow up all press releases both in Greek and English speaking press

Skills: Digital media handling, social media administration(Linkedin, FB, Twitter),Google AdWords, , data and opportunities mining, events organization, content creation and proofreading, customer oriented approach, deep understanding of technology, deep understanding of international software market, sales skills, presentation skills, video – sound editing, computer skills, interpersonal skills, manners and sense of humour.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years hands-on B2B experience in inbound and demand generation marketing (lead generation and nurturing, marketing campaign execution and measurement), with experience with digital and social media, social networks
  • Hands-on experience with web content management platforms
  • Experience managing and negotiating with outside agencies and third-party vendors
  • Always innovating - never satisfied with the status quo
  • Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and 'all things digital', including marketing automation, lead management strategies (lead scoring, lead nurturing, etc.), CRM systems and sales processes

About the Team and Role

The Product Specialist will be part of the Products and Vendor Alliances team and will contribute on development and evangelism of interworks.cloud automation platform and marketplace. Will be part of a team in hyper-growth stage and gain experience working with different parts of the organization to impact product development lifecycle of a leading B2B product. Analyze market trends, competitors, customer research, and product data to drive the overall success of the product. Key responsibilities are:

  • Analyze product feature requests

About The Role

As a copywriter and project manager in the Marketing team, you'll drive the creative messaging for our digital media advertising acquisition of users, both resellers and end-customers.You'll focus on content, across various digital media channels, that will intrigue and convince the target audiences to start their cloud journey with interworks.cloud.

You'll do research, product reading - in cooperation with Product Management Group- and create content that will contribute to the business goal of improving the output of our user acquisition efforts. Content will be firstly and mainly published in the Website and secondary in blogs, whitepapers, datasheets, press releases and digital posts in different channels.

On top of that, according to the level of ownership you are expected to have, you will be responsible to estimate, execute and monitor your individual objectives that contribute to the Team Objectives. Overall all objectives will contribute to the Company’s Strategic Planning and our weekly Agile meeting will help you keep track of your progress, adjust your tasks and manage to achieve your goals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating high quality user guides, how-to manuals and FAQ pages for communicating to our customers in a in a clear and concise manner the capabilities of the interworks.cloud platform. He/she should work closely with product management, business analysts and customer enablement teams for producing material that will help the easier adoption of our platform.

The interworks.cloud platform, enables Microsoft CSPs, Distributors and ISVs to grow their cloud business by publishing custom-branded marketplaces for their customers and/or resellers, boost their sales and fully automate billing, ordering, payment, support processes and many more. interworks.cloud's unique value proposition, is the state-of-the-art Microsoft online service automation and robust billing engine, addressing the main pains of the global CSP market. interworks.cloud is represented in Greece, UK, US and Germany and has an expanding customer base that at the moment is consisted of 90 clients – active in more than 70 countries - including Microsoft Direct CSPs, Distributors, Telcos and MSPs. Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Build and maintain material that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.
  • Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by the customers.
  • Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators.
  • Revise documentation as new functionality is added
  • Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.

Skills:

  • 3+ years of technical writing experience.
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from development, customer success, and product management.
  • Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business or technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
  • Experience working with the following tools preferred: Confluence, JIRA
  • Excellent use of the English language
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science or a focus on English, writing, or communications.
