Over the past three years, we have launched four complementary initiatives:
Breakfasts with the Group Deputy CEO: A recurring monthly, in-person event where small groups of 12 employees meet with our Group Deputy CEO, Spyros Retzekas, in an informal setting. These sessions encourage open discussions, giving employees the opportunity to share ideas, provide feedback, and gain insights into the company’s vision, goals, and strategic priorities. In 2025, we hosted eight Breakfasts, including sessions in Patras and Thessaloniki, as well as an international edition with employees from across Europe.
Team of the Year Awards: It is our annual recognition initiative for exceptional teams’ achievements, aligned with our core values: Quality & Excellence, Teamwork & Integrity, Agility & Innovation, Client Focus, and Passion for Results.
Through employee nominations and voting, we celebrate teams that go above and beyond, strengthening collaboration and reinforcing a culture of shared success.
Employee of the Year Awards: A peer-to-peer recognition initiative that celebrates individual excellence, honoring employees who embody our values, drive impact, and inspire others. Through nominations and company-wide voting, it fosters a culture of appreciation, strengthens employee morale, and reinforces our commitment to continuous

Qualco Technology Leadership Stories: A monthly remote webinar series featuring our Qualco Technology leaders who share their professional journeys, strategic insights, and personal stories. Each session consists of a storytelling segment and a live Q&A between the speaker and employees. These sessions offer inspiring advice and authentic reflections that foster genuine connections. In 2025, the series included 9 webinars, engaging 3,185 participants, and
achieving an outstanding 95% satisfaction rate, highlighting its strong impact on connection and knowledge sharing.
