As a Junior Embedded Software Engineer, you will

  • Contribute to the development of addressable panels on emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
  • Read and understand theoretical, electrical and electronic schematic designs
  • Develop software using C language
  • Perform functional tests
  • Test EMC performance


What you bring to the team:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Applied Computer Science or related technical field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven industry experience in the field of electronics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing embedded firmware using C coding language
  • Good knowledge of electronic circuits lab measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
  • Proven skills in performing functional tests
  • Experience with 32-bit processors, preferably Cortex-M
  • Excellent team working skills is a must, both internally within the R&D department as well as across departments
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of EMC performance testing
  • Knowledge of RTOS principles
  • Familiarity with PCB design guidelines

As a SAP B1 Developer you will

  • Implement, test, maintain and support ERP application improvements (custom/standard), based on technical design specifications
  • Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents
  • Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents and provide feedback
  • Support internal departments with technical problems and questions
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing software applications
  • Participate in architecture and code reviews


What you bring to the team

  • S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relative university degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process and software engineering
  • Minimum 3 years in similar role working in SAP environment (SAP B1 & SAP4Hana)
  • Goor working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with production and logistcs
  • Up to date in new and emerging software solutions and technology released by SAP
  • Experience integrating SAP with external systems

As a Senior Embedded Engineer, you will

  • Be responsible for the design, development, testing, certification and manufacturing process of addressable panels on emergency lighting, addressable fire alarm and central battery systems
  • Design firmware solutions based on project requirements
  • Write code using C language
  • Contribute to schematic design and manage PCB layout
  • Contribute to firmware architecture and development, engineering tests and product validation
  • Draft the technical documentation related to the firmware and hardware code (Doxygen, Confluence)


What you bring to the team:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Applied Computer Science or related technical field
  • Proven industry experience in the end-to-end development life cycle, from the initial concept to production (including architecture, design, development, debugging, documentation, and validation)
  • Minimum 5 years of C coding experience in embedded firmware
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of electronics
  • Deep understanding of embedded architecture concepts (CPU core, internal and external memories, CPU peripherals)
  • Experience programming MCUs and RTOS such as FreeRTOS
  • Experience with Cortex-M Processors (M0, M0+, M3, M4, M7)
  • Experience identifying hardware requirements based on firmware requirements
  • Experience in version control (Git) and issues tracking (Jira)
  • Experience in designing schematics on analog, digital and power electronics domain
  • Experience in serial protocols (UART, SPI, I2C)
  • Ability to navigate, understand & adapt large existing codebases
  • Ability in risk assessment and problem solving during the product’s life cycle development 
  • Ability to use block diagrams, conceptual sketches, pseudo-code and other techniques of project designing
  • Excellent team working skills is a must, both internally within the R&D department as well as across departments
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

 

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of PCB design guidelines for achieving EMC with minimal EMI
  • Familiarity of object-oriented programming concepts, preferably in C++
