This role is very important for WeAre8:  you will be testing our platform, end to end, thus providing a high-quality experience to our users. Your contribution will help us drive our mission towards using our platform for empowering and connecting people around the world.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Professional experience as a QA Engineer for web applications, mobile applications and REST API services
• Experience with Postman testing and automation
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and the basic principles of Software Quality assurance
• Experience with web app automation frameworks (Selenium Webdriver, Protractor, Cucumber, JMeter) or alternatives
• Experience with native mobile app automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) or alternatives

Bonus Points for:

• Experience as a developer for mobile apps and/or web services
• Experience with stress testing or performance testing
• Experience with CI process and tools (Gitlab) and Test Case Management tools (Jira) or alternatives
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services
• Community involvement / technical blogging

You will be designing, coding, and testing our Backend Cloud services, working within a fully Agile, Scrum framework. 

This role is very important for WeAre8: you will be building and managing our backend services, empowering our connection with our users. Your contribution will help us drive our mission towards using our platform for empowering and connecting people around the world.

Must-Have skills: 

• Strong C# knowledge 
• Strong object-oriented design concepts & implementation
