 Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Building and leading a strong Front End Devs team
Working with the Director of Product Development and Lead Product Manager to develop and implement the development strategy

Full Stack Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Active participation in solutions architecture and design, including KPI definition

Ability to act as the design authority and provide high level estimates of software deliverables for planning purposes
Supporting the Development Manager and Head of QA to ensure continuous quality improvement in the development teams
Proactively identify and address areas of material improvement, notably around performance, security and scalability
Where applicable, ensuring that development team processes are aligned with technical processes prevalent in the wider company
Ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of the overall system architecture and design components, in the context of meeting product requirements

Experience of Agile development processes and scrum roles and responsibilities

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java Enterprise platforms, using UNIX / Linux 
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate etc.) 
Demonstrable experience in developing large distributed systems and concepts such as caching, sharding, consistent hashing, interprocess communications and brokering.

IT Executive 

Responsibilities:

Ensure continuous & uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure of the company and its branches (workstations, servers, networks, backup etc.).
Software, hardware & equipment management (installation, configuration, maintenance & management for their correct operation).

User management & technical support.

Requirements

Video & Motion Designer 

Responsibilities

Creating and delivering motion animated graphics, logos and video content for various media.
Producing graphic templates / mock-ups.
Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, PR, designers, etc.) and ensuring that all designs follow the brand guidelines.

Researching and contributing to the overall content strategy so as to include all platforms.
Evaluating trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest video techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Video Productions, Post Production, Motion Graphic Design or relevant degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Fluency in a variety of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar Video editing software
Fluency in written and verbal English
Strong interpersonal & Communication skills

Original and creative thinking. Able to produce new content ideas and adapt easily to the existing ones.

 UI Designer

Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, designers and developers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Requirements:
