A Day in the Life of a Senior DevOps Engineer will include

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimising business processes using Qualco software solutions. You will act as the bridge between clients, delivery teams, and product development, driving value at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client requirements and align their business processes with Qualco software solutions;
- Define configuration specifications and communicate requirements and solutions to clients clearly and effectively;
- Plan, prepare and deliver Key/End User training sessions to ensure smooth client onboarding;
- Plan, prepare and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT), offering support to clients during execution and selectively executing business scenarios where necessary;
- Provide post-production support to ensure a seamless transition to Service Management after project go-live;
- Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to all project stakeholders throughout all stages of the project;
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, working closely to maximise satisfaction with Qualco services and solutions;
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues and deliver enhanced value to clients;
- Communicate key client insights and findings to the product team to support the evolution of Qualco software solutions;
- Ensure that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- A BSc in Engineering, Finance or Business Management;
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or software application consulting in the Banking or Finance Industry;
- Business knowledge of the financial industry, with a focus on Debt Management business processes being a strong asset;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, multinational teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Proven client-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Competency in technical training and presentations, with the ability to engage and lead discussions with both business and technology stakeholders at client organisations;
- Fluency in German;
- Ability to travel within Europe (up to 50% travel);
- Fluency in English, with outstanding oral and written communication skills;
- PMI-PBA or CBAP certification will be considered an asset.

As a Software Support Engineer you will be working closely with our Service Management and Software Development teams to improve customer experience, provide effective integration and service request solutions as well as identify and timely resolve issues of our client’s.
A Day in the Life of a Software Support Engineer at Qualco will include:
- Understanding clients’ installations and processes;
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance;
- Building tools/queries to fulfil customer service requests and improve customer experience;
- Investigating and identify root cause concerning reported customer incidents; Perform service restoration actions when possible;
- Taking part in the investigation and Problem Management processes – during the support & maintenance phases – by implementing bug fixes, upgrades and enhancements to our existing clients;
- Providing second level support for Qualco software services; and
- Developing/Updating internal Monitoring Tools.
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study;
- Work experience as a Support Engineer or similar software engineering role;
- Experience in NET Framework, C#, databases and SQL;
- Microsoft ETL tools and IIS knowledge will be highly appreciated;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High level of ownership and attention to detail;
- Team Spirit and passion for results;
- Client facing with good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill; and
- Firm command of the English language.
