The successful candidate will work in Chubb’s new Technology Hub in Thessaloniki. Initially we are looking for an IT Project Manager.

  • Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Certification/Accreditation in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince 2) would be considered a plus
  • Experience with Project Management tools (MS Project or other equivalent, Jira, etc)
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle phases and techniques
  • Solid understanding of software application logical and physical architecture
  • Agile/SCRUM Software Development Process experience
  • Experience in communicating with all levels of both business and IT teams
  • Strong ability to multitask and to work tasks without daily supervisor interaction

Initially we are looking for an Application Development Lead.

In your role, you will oversee the development and system testing of application development activities of a team of 10 to 15 developers. You will be responsible for the timely delivery and quality of the work done by you and the people reporting to you, acting responsively and autonomously within multifunctional teams, organizing and scheduling tasks as efficiently as possible with a clear, empathic, and impactful communication style. We’re looking for a talented application developer to spearhead our application development process and support the maintenance of our existing apps and implement new ones.
