Our Process Flow Engineering Team focuses on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills, and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.
During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends, and learn leading practices
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
• Design and develop robust, scalable, high performing, high-volume production applications
• Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs and engineering processes
• Design, develop and implement business processes to automate complex workflows and enhance efficiency (preferably in Appian but other similar platforms is accepted as well)
• Perform development tasks including creating workflow components such as process models, user interfaces, rules, and integrations
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for application solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
• Participate in and contribute to the Techno-functional analysis of the product/key features and process
• Be part of a team working on developing interfaces and web-services to/from external systems
• Be part of a development team on customization with proper debugging and identification of core provided extensions
• Contribute to incremental upgrades and timely integration of OE code changes and testing

Key Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field
• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or another related field would be considered a plus
• At least 1 of experience in Appian development or other similar Low Code/No Code BPM tools would be a strong plus
• Excellent knowledge of web application architecture/design fundamentals
• Familiarity with Appian Integrations, Appian Plug Ins or other similar Low Code/No Code BPM tools
• Proficiency working in Appian or other similar Low Code/No Code BPM tools Development, designing interfaces, processes, modeling custom data types in an enterprise environment
• Good understanding of enterprise software design patterns and data structures
• Good understanding on coding guidelines and standards
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and English

Your Role
Our team is looking for Consultant and Senior Consultant level SailPoint IIQ Developers. This person must have the ability to execute the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ in a virtualized or cloud environment for a federal agency. Primary responsibilities will be related to application onboarding, workflow development, and operations & maintenance activities.
Other responsibilities:
- Configure, develop, and implement access certification, identity lifecycle management, self-service access requests, and delegated administration within IIQ
- Designing, build, configure, and implement IIQ connectors for Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Oracle, or other common protocols/systems
- Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications
- Implementation of RBAC and Policies (e.g., training, Segregation of Duties (SOD))

Our Cyber Security Team focusing on SAP Application Security and Identity & Access Management designs and implements Access Management control frameworks that consistently enforce identity and access policy across business processes and IT applications. We cover also Segregation of Duties (SoD) topic at application layer (with focus on SAP ERP including new S/4HANA platform and SAP GRC Access Control), designing and implementing SoD rules to segregate accesses across the organization.

As a Consultant in our Risk Advisory department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.
We work with our clients to understand their cybersecurity posture, organize the cybersecurity governance and develop the cyber workforce to support it, and ensure secure behavior is deeply embedded in the everyday working practices of the employees.
You can take on many different roles within the team:
- SAP Application Security architect, you will understand and apply the art of addressing IT and business risks associated with SAP systems through using state of the art GRC and IAM solutions. You will analyze clients’ business and IT setup from the security and compliance perspective, identify requirements, define the strategy, translate them to a sound approach and implement the technical solution
- As a member of our Identity & Access Management team, you’ll provide expert advice to a wide range of clients on enterprise, customer, or citizen identity and access management (IAM) challenges. IAM is about unlocking the right resources, for the right person, at the right time. You’ll help our clients during their identity transformation initiatives, from defining a vision, strategy, governance, and roadmap, to functional and technical design, implementation, and even management of the solution.
- ServiceNow Cyber Security Specialist, you will gain experience in guiding clients and developing their Cyber GRC vision, strategy, and implementation roadmap, designing, architecting and implementing Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, SecOps and GRC/IRM programs and technology platforms in one or more of the following areas: Policy and Compliance, Risk, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, Data Privacy, Issues Management, Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response.

- background (BSc and MSc) related to Information Technology, Computer and Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering. We also welcome graduates with a business background, who have major in Information Systems Management or any other IT related major.
- to manage office automation tools, such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
- command of the Greek and English language
- interest in Cyber Security themes and data analysis
- of cloud architectures and related security measures
- good knowledge of at least one programming languages (e.g. C, C#, Java, Python, etc.)
- mindset and aptitude to the team working
- interpersonal and communication skills
