As a member of an international technology team spread across Thessaloniki and Lucerne, you will work with a close-knit team of developers and infrastructure experts to create fresh solutions that will help our organization offer state-of-the-art digital services to its internal and external customers. You will also work closely with business stakeholders to implement new features and functionalities in our D365 ERP system, always keeping standard and best practice processes in mind. Your work will impact the organization from top to bottom, as you will aim to achieve operational excellence, improve efficiency, upgrade customer experience, and raise employee enthusiasm.

Focusing on our Microsoft D365 (Finance, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service) platform, you will be responsible for delivering our global ERP strategy and extracting the full value and potential of D365 by giving life to extended functionalities and ideas. Our ERP and CRM platforms have interconnections to all the exciting domains of GWF, including the manufacturing execution of high-precision flow measurement devices, international growth initiatives, digital telemetry applications, the associated IoT platforms and their ecosystem. This aspect elevates you to a position where you will have the opportunity to contribute to key digitization initiatives across the landscape, from Industry 4.0 to eCommerce, customer, and business analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Developing solutions in Microsoft D365 Finance, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, in line with standard processes and best practices
  • Manage Lifecycle Services (LCS) of Microsoft Dynamics and handle deployments in the productive system
  • If needed, prepare technical design documents, and coordinate the suggested solution
  • Provide continual improvement of functionality
  • Provide second level support to key users, analyze, and find solutions to the issues inside the D365 application and interfaces
  • Write a code that is efficient and well supportable
  • Support the users in UAT tests
  • Setup and support interfaces to external systems
Background
  • You have a degree in computer science, or business informatics
  • You have had first exposure (1-2 years) in the development of MS Dynamics 365 (X++, SSRS for reporting)
  • You are proficient in LCS management for Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
  • Appropriate Microsoft Certifications are highly desired
  • You have experience in ERP integrations with external systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and/or external reporting tools (e.g., Docentric) is appreciated
  • A profound solid knowledge of relational SQL DB principles (indexed and normalized databases and queries) is among your skills
  • High level of social competence and excellent communication skills for the requirements management, gap/fit analysis, and application design
  • You are fluent in English; German is a strong asset

Your Role
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant at GWF, you play a crucial role in transforming our business technology solutions in Dynamics 365. Join a team that leads Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, shaping the future of digital practices in the flow control space and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in D365 functional areas, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Power Platform Apps
  • Experience in setting and parametrizing D365 modules, showing a deeper understanding of their interdependencies from a functional process and also technical implementation perspective
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables, showcasing proficiency in system and functional testing
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, contributing to design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting phases
  • Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements, ensuring expectations align with deliverables
  • Act as the interface between functional requirements and development initiatives, by owning functional specifications and being able to translate them into developer’s language
  • Support the development team during design sessions, comprehending business problems, and implementing solutions through in-platform configuration
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, offering guidance in Supply Chain and Finance
  • Promote the understanding of D365 standard processes and help minimize technical debt while instilling best practices in the business processes
 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a preference for a Master’s degree
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications
  • 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services/consulting firm
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical acumen
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and at least German or Greek

Responsibilities

  • You will leadtesting and quality assurance projects for the digital products of GWF. This includes writing and execution of the test plans, and test automation for software products and features.
  • You will be mentoring and coaching colleaguesin your domains of expertise. This will contribute to growing a healthy SW QA culture in the organization.
  • You will contribute towards program goalsensuring schedulesare met and deliverables are signed-off in time, scope, and budget.
  • To excel in this role, you will further need to think beyond your area of expertiseand recognize dependencies across the technology stack, i.e., across hardware, and all layers of the software. For this you will research new and existing technologies to determine how they could be applied in new ways to solve problems.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience as a Software QA Engineer, with at least 4 years in a lead role.
  • Understanding of frontend stack fundamentals (e.g. JavaScript, CSS preprocessors and bundling tools, React Remix run, Next.js).
  • Experience in web frameworks (e.g. Python/Django) and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing principles is required. Experience with Cloud Services, especially Azure.
  • Experience with static and dynamic code analysis tools is required.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium).
  • Relevant testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
  • Ability to fluently interface with internal and external stakeholders on a technical level.
  • Excellent English communication skills is a must, German is a strong plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar rounds up your profile.
