Your role

You are a Backend Engineer who focuses on building highly scalable cloud and web services. You will primarily work on backend solutions, developing real-time services and large-scale data processing. You will master cutting-edge modern technologies such as

AWS cloud services and develop using object-oriented languages like Python/Java/PHP/Golang.

Your role

You are in charge of some of our most common projects that are between the stages of Sales (contract signed) and Customer Acceptance. Usually these projects span from 2 to 8 months, depending on the size and complexity. Our Technology factory is regularly

involved due to customization requirements and hardware production that can also be needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Help develop effective and efficient project management functions in
  • Develop project plans utilizing standardized documentation templates, manage the documentation and completion throughout the project

Your role

A Software Engineer in Ops actively participates in the day to day service reliability processes to ensure our product and quality SLAs are met. You will be monitoring and tracking live products health and status, while providing support on the technical issues

that are identified by the Customer Success or internal Software Engineering Teams (e.g., code defects, customer issues, etc.) You can manage yourself around business processes and functional requirements and identify gaps, deficiencies and pain points. You ideally have a combination of technical and business background. You are service-minded and have good communication skills. You love working in an autonomous team.

Key responsibilities include:
