What we are looking for

  • Prepare monthly progress reports by generating dashboards for the relevant projects in collaboration with the Project Managers. Ensure Project Managers provide on time accurate data. Follow-up on budget progress and provide accurate financial forecasts.
  • Organize regular meetings with Project Managers to ensure project resources plan is accurate. Assist Project Managers with resources booking end consciously optimize internal processes to monitor and ensure that staff is being utilized efficiently.
  • Monitor the preparation of the monthly billing and follow-up on invoices generation.
  • Understand the content of the relevant client agreements (License, Maintenance, Services) and be aware of the key contractual elements (payment terms, milestones, agreed expenses, deliverables etc.) Ensure that PwC policies are followed by all Project Managers and that all required documents are accurate for tracking and audit purposes.
  • Monitor the timesheet submission process and provide end of month reconciliation reports for demand vs supply comparison
  • Manage projects from a technical perspective with top-down oversight throughout entire execution (from the formulation of its Business Case to its final rollout to production) to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope and timelines
  • Coordinate with teams to estimate the resources to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate with technical leads to set delivery tasks and priorities
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path tasks, as well as plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, initiate meetings with stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes

The successful candidate should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience preferably on IT projects
  • Experience of dealing with large amounts of data and producing meaningful reports.

Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for technology consulting services, we are now recruiting a Business Analyst in our Technology Consulting team in Athens.

The role entails:

  • Analyze and understand business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements
  • Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for digitization and optimization in different business domains
  • Translate functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data mapping for migration/integration projects
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions
  • Present prototypes to the client and gather / process client feedback
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams at all levels
  • Preparation of high-quality deliverables mainly including application user manual, UAT scenario execution documentation etc.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
  • Experience in business process design and understanding of applications with preference in CRM, ERP, RPA and BPM.
  • Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • At least 2-4 years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects preferably in the Financial Services/Banking and/or Insurance Sector
  • Passion to work in a multidisciplinary teams and projects

Job Description & Summary

We focus on designing and implementing technology enabled solutions, designing the best architecture, selecting the appropriate products and components, and overall utilize technology and innovation to help our customers implement next generation strategies and win the market.

We invest in Technology and we are transforming our practice into an agile software house, delivering end to end solutions for the public and private sector and are looking for an IT Project Manager with consulting, technological and industry experience who will help our clients solve their complex issues from strategy through execution.

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Report to the Head of IT PMO, driving the Project Delivery lifecycle of PwC Enterprise Digital engagements.
  • Manage projects from a technical perspective with top-down oversight throughout entire execution (from the formulation of its Business Case to its final rollout to production) to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of PM Methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
  • Participate in the scope definition as per customer specifications.
  • Participate in the effort and budget estimation as well as resource forecasting and optimal allocation as per project specific needs.
  • Manage project external and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project teams, removing impediments and facilitating smooth and efficient execution of project plan.
  • Develop project plans, execute, monitor and control, prioritizing tasks and resources, resolving conflicts, proposing solutions towards the most efficient outcome as per PM best practices.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and deliver mitigation plans.
  • Prepare progress reports, providing timely and accurate data, based on specific KPIs.
  • Follow-up on budget progress and provide accurate financial forecasts.
  • Preparation of the monthly billing and follow-up on invoices generation.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients with on site presence as required.
  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.

What we are looking for

 

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields; MBA or other master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in IT Project Management
  • Experience in IT Requirements Analysis / Management would be an asset
  • PMP and/or PSM certifications are considered a strong plus
  • Experience with Google suite and gsheets data manipulation and automations is highly desirable
  • Experience with MS Project or other PM tools and ticketing systems (Jira, AzureDevops)
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to build sustainable relationships with all people at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Technical fluency and ability to speak knowledgeably about broad technology, business trends and product details, understanding customer and project specific needs.
