We are looking for passionate Planning and Performance Analyst who will support the Qualco Technology team, undertaking key responsibilities on the effective and efficient monitoring and reporting of the organizational performance against key indicators and business objectives. As a Planning and Performance Analyst you will:

    • Develop complex operational forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function;
    • Contribute on the creation of the annual business plan and the 3-5 years business plan;
    • Monitor performance against Budget for the Business Unit and for each business line separately;
    • Prepare and present analysis linking financial and operational data;
    • Investigate potential variances and recommend corrective actions where necessary;
    • Deliver and continuously improve the way we monitor and report performance working closely with colleagues across the organization to meet the reporting needs of the organization

Requirements

    • At minimum three (3) years of experience in business planning, performance monitoring & reporting;
    • Business Administration, Finance, Statistics degree or equivalent. MBA will be considered a plus;
    • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular). Knowledge of tools like Power BI or Excel Power Query will be considered a plus;
    • Experience in establishing and developing performance monitoring tools and reports for different audiences;
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret, disseminate and present information to a variety of internal and external audiences in a way that informs and influences their decision making; Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills;

    • Coach people on Scrum Framework and principles

Requirements

To be considered you must have:

    • A very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering;
    • 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Lead or Product Owner
    • Scrum Master Certification will be considered as a plus
    • Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure (particularly MS Azure and/or Google)
    • Self-confident, strong problem solving, proactive mindset
    • Great communicative and collaborative skills including facilitation of events, coaching people on Scrum principles, conflict resolution, continual improvement

Responsibilities

    • Understand clients’ installations and processes;

Requirements

Responsibilities:

    • Support the Facilities Management Team to ensure compliance with all regulations and legislative responsibilities;

Job description

As a Credit Risk Model Developer, you will be tasked to make an analytical contribution towards managing and maintaining the quality of various credit portfolios with a short (few months) to medium term (few years) horizon. Your role will be to:

    • Develop credit models using data sets provided.
    • Perform all required tests of rating model performance (for example sensitivity and back-testing).
    • Support regular model reviews and performance testing and/or re-develop as needed.

Responsibilities

    • Supporting the colleagues of the Compliance function on their duties on Compliance risks mapping, assessments and monitoring of required actions;
    • Establishing standards and policies to ensure that Group Companies are adherent in identifying, preventing and correcting non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
    • Advising management on core compliance issues; escalates same where needed and manages their resolution;

    • At least 8 years of Compliance/Legal experience;
    • Law degree;

    • Adequate knowledge of leading practices and developments in the regulatory environment and evolving best practices in compliance control, including LegalTech, AML and GDPR areas;
