Think of yourself as someone who will ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses across the social media family of apps, so not everyone can qualify for this role. As a Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in keeping our online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. You will apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency. The best candidates are able to identify subtle differences in the meaning of digital communication and accurately enforce the client’s terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site. You will atively participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives and training to foster the well-being of you and the employee community. A Content Moderator will escalate through appropriate channels any changes that may impact performance or as necessary to maintain required KPIs. You will also adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and other project requirements in any way related to your work.

In the Content Moderator role, you will be working on a computer each day reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles. Do you have what it takes to be a Content Moderator?

Requirements:

What is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a Content Moderator we need someone with at least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment. What else?

  • We also need someone with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • We also need someone who is fluent in English and French, must be able to read and speak the language.

Now let’s get technical.

  • We’re looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy. Someone who has a high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported.

TaskUs devotes considerable resources to the wellbeing of its employees. Being a Content Moderator means participating in counseling sessions and other wellness programs:

Job Description for Quality Analyst
As a Quality Analyst, you will complete audits or evaluations. This may include quality audits, RCA scrubbing for CSAT/NPS, Resolution Rate, AHT, Cycle Time, Policy Adherence, Ticket Closures, etc. You will ensure that your defined monthly or weekly evaluation targets are met.

Roles and responsibilities:
Audit calls/interactions/transactions for aligned Teammates
Coach Teammates for performance improvement (campaign specific)
Report performance for an aligned span on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Provide inputs and basis audits for briefings and training which need identification

Partner with Team Leaders (TLs) in leading team meetings for metrics improvement
Participate in strategic projects for the campaign/LOB
Identify and escalate any potential quality issues per defined process
Isolate and report defects; verify defect fixes
Suggest process/system improvements based on common customer concerns

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in technical-based customer assistance through voice, chat, and email
  • Previous experience dealing with the challenges faced in a customer-focused role
  • Act as a key participant within the internal team and wider Company by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/department. As a result, driving the successful development of the team and the wider department forward.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • A passion for problem-solving with the customer’s interest and satisfaction being the primary goal
  • Social Media Savvy
  • Ability to effectively and correctly communicate verbally and in written format

Role Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in German (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1) speaking and writing
  • Experience in Customer Support, technical support, especially with a help desk or other IT functions
  • Great communication skills, written and orally
  • Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player
  • Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
  • Must be willing to participate in a background screening
  • Proven customer communication experience (E-mail & Phone)
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office)
