Operations Engineer (Service Desk, Level 1/2) | Full-time contract | Athens – GR

Your daily work routine will include:

  • Perform incident, problem and change management processes according to ITIL standards;
  • Act as a single point of contact for all tickets regarding IT issues and queries and bare the ownership from logging until resolution;
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support-troubleshooting of IT related problems that could be potentially rooted at any level (software, application, middleware, network, infrastructure etc.) in the IT toolchain;
  • Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner;

  • 3+ years’ of experience with SQL and support of any relational db (Cosmosdb is preferrable);
  • 3+ years’ of experience with event management systems such as eventhub or Kafka.
  • 3+ years’ of experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch;

Project Manager | Full-time contract | Athens – GR

Your daily work routine will include:

  • Running projects on a day-to-day basis and producing the required products and results, to the required standards of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs;
  • Direct and motivate project teams as well as monitor their performance and activity; prioritise workloads/timelines for teams and budgets;

Senior Business Analyst | Full-time contract | Athens – GR

We are looking for a highly motivated professional that is enthused over building software applications that serve user and business needs;

You will be working with a team of talented professionals ranging from Project managers and Software architects to software developers and testers and will be using cutting edge technologies and methodologies to efficiently and effectively deliver the software;

You will act as a liaison among the client and the implementation team: you will be the “client” for the implementation team and the “implementation team” for the client;

Your work activities overall will include:
