Software Java Engineer (Back-end) | Hybrid and/or remote | Athens – GR

Software Engineer Full-stack | Full-time contract | Athens – GR

We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented software engineer with a passion for building features. Testing Engineer (Automation) | Full-time contract | Athens – GR

Your daily work routine will include:

  • Automate test cases by using Robot Framework or Cypress or Selenium;
  • Coordinate the Test Strategy and Test Plan;

  • Search, monitor, and analyze machine-generated results and log files;

Project Manager | Full-time contract | Athens – GR

Your daily work routine will include:

  • Running projects on a day-to-day basis and producing the required products and results, to the required standards of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs;
  • Direct and motivate project teams as well as monitor their performance and activity; prioritise workloads/timelines for teams and budgets;
    Plan and monitor projects, prepare required project plans, manage risks, including the development of contingency plans, issues and dependency logs;
  • Be responsible for change control and any required configuration management;
  • Identify opportunities for team development, conduct team meetings and problem resolution;
  • Perform auditing and quality checking with the aim of producing any necessary reports like quality plans;
  • Manage projects through the entire software development life-cycle (from the formulation of its business case to its final rollout to production);

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in IT of which minimum 5 years hands-on experience in project management of computer software or data management construction;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in project(s) following some of the following practices: Agile/SCRUM/RUP/Disciplined Agile practices for software development;
  • Certification in any project management area is a requirement (like PMP, Prince2 etc.);

Senior Business Analyst | Full-time contract | Athens – GR

We are looking for a highly motivated professional that is enthused over building software applications that serve user and business needs;

You will be working with a team of talented professionals ranging from Project managers and Software architects to software developers and testers and will be using cutting edge technologies and methodologies to efficiently and effectively deliver the software;

You will act as a liaison among the client and the implementation team: you will be the “client” for the implementation team and the “implementation team” for the client;

You will “shape” the software application by proposing features and improvements and by defining the user experience with your feature specifications and UI wireframes.

Your work activities overall will include:

  • Master the related business knowledge, identify users’ goals and how the software application is expected to serve them;
  • Elicit, analyse, document and validate business requirements with customer stakeholders and propose/brainstorm on related functionalities/features; ensure that proposals made are technically feasible and efficient by engaging the proper team members, where necessary;
  • Identify and log functional and non-functional requirements;

  • Produce detailed functional specifications accompanied by wireframes and seek the customer’s approval in a timely fashion to facilitate efficient Sprint planning;

DevOps Engineer (Linux Domain) | Full-time contract | Athens or remote – GR

Your daily work routine will include:

  • Extract customer’s requirements and design services according to requirements;
  • Define and coordinate the delivery of IT services by effectively applying the IT service management procedures;
  • Optimise the delivery of services making efficient use of internal and outsourcing contracts;
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance to the service descriptions and defined service levels;
  • Ensure that the quality of service delivered is assessed according to performance indicators, notably when formal Service Levels Agreements are foreseen;
  • Coordinate and manage external contractors; Provide timely and accurate reports;
