We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to handle international customer accounts, understand their needs, and provide software support and guidance on our SaaS platform. The terms “investigator” and “troubleshooter” are the main characteristics that describe your professional profile.

The Role

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, interacting with them via emailchat, and our support portal. You will address their concernsanswer their questions, and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your Team

You’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working at the core of our business. Our team supports the customers of our B2B cloud commerce platform,  which enables cloud distributors to reach diverse markets worldwide through an extensive catalog of cloud products.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationshipsthrough professional and accurate interactions.
  • Handleand respond to tickets in a timely manner, addressing issues such as how to use assistancebugs, and premium support.
  • Ensure customer issuesare recordedtrackedresolved, and followed up on
  • Escalate unresolved issuesand communicate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Software Support Engineers, Development Teams, etc.) to resolve tickets.
  • Identifygaps in our documentation and escalate to technical writers.
  • Monitor ticketSLAs and strive to meet them consistently.
  • Scheduleand act on premium support ticket requests.
  • Work in shiftsto ensure effective support for our international customers.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1-year experiencein a similar position or the IT industry.
  • BSc degreein an IT-related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systemslike Jira.
  • Strong commitment to learningtroubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong sense of empathy– you are attuned to hearing the question behind the question.
  • Technical aptitudeand the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
  • self-starter, good at identifying roadblocksand raising difficult issues.
  • Able to own your tasks, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both Greekand English – both oral and written.
  • Flexibility to work in shiftswhen required.

What You’ll Do (When the Right Role Opens):

✔ Build & Scale: Develop and optimize our .NET 8/.NET 4.8 platform using C#, focusing on scalability and performance.

✔ API & Integrations: Design RESTful microservices and seamlessly integrate third-party APIs (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.).

✔ Full Development Lifecycle: Collaborate end-to-end—from architectural design to deployment—using Azure DevOpsDocker, and Scrum.

✔ Code Excellence: Apply SOLID principles, rigorous unit/integration testing, and peer code reviews to maintain quality.

Ideal Candidates Have:

🔹 Expertise in .NET Core, .NET8 & C#.

🔹 Knowledge of cloud APIs, and high-traffic systems.

🔹 Strong understanding of how microservices work.

🔹 Knowledge of how message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka work.

🔹 Experience with subscription lifecycle management (a huge plus!).

🔹 Fluency in both Greek & English (our team’s working languages).
