Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Certification Manager to join our Learning and Education team. Provide guidance and support to SMEs throughout the certification creation process, addressing questions and concerns as they arise.
Oversee the certification infrastructure and workflows, including the management of certification platforms, tools, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the certification program internally and encourage participation from SMEs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the certification program, soliciting feedback from SMEs and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in certification management, incorporating relevant updates into our program.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in designing and managing certification programs, preferably in the software industry.

Altair seeks a Lead QA Engineer to validate a digital circuit simulator designed and developed using the latest cutting-edge technologies. The QA team works closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Development Operations to keep new code moving through the software development lifecycle efficiently, and with a keen eye for quality. A successful candidate will need the ability to navigate and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and utilize his/her experience to qualify new features and capabilities.
