The ideal candidate will have the following skills and background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience or internship experience
• 4+ years of experience in standard cell mask layout design
• 4+ years of experience in standard cell physical collateral generation

The following skills will be a plus:

• Experience in the development of large cell count standard cell libraries
• Experience in standard cell architecture, design rules
• Understanding of process technology and DTCO
• Understanding of SoC PD design and methodologies
• Experience in SKILL scripting
• Understanding of electrical phenomena like resistance, capacitance, process variability
• Analog/mixed-signal mask layout experience a plus

Your key responsibilities:

• You will be part of a growing team, working on the implementation of advanced analog IP blocks and mixed-signal ICs for different industries
• Analog circuit IP design such as LDO, BGR, Oscillators, ADC, DAC, PLL, filters, etc. in a timely manner
• Simulation based on standard simulation setups as Transient, DC, AC,
• Block level floor planning with design and layout engineers
• Top level integration and sign-off
• Review and update layout for quality including signal integrity, power distribution and parasitic
• Leading analog layout team – team organization, priority setting, knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with circuit and SoC designers to develop standard cell and custom digital layout solutions to difficult PPA challenges
• Work with internal process technology teams to understand and exploit advanced process DTCO knobs
• Develop layout across multiple standard cell architectures in advanced process technology nodes
• Ensure DRC/LVS/ERC cleanliness upon SoC integration
• Mentor and train junior engineers
• Create collateral for SoC integration
• Run quality assurance checks on IP collateral
