We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the success of our mission to empower individuals with tech skills to join the most robust industry in Thessaloniki.

As an Administration Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up and maintaining filing systems, to ensure easy access to essential documents.
  • Assist in the creation of Social Media content through Canva
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System
  • Collaborate with the team to assist in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Accurately enter and update data into relevant databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Act as a liaison between team members ensuring effective communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and platforms quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for education and an interest in technology and upskilling.
  • Confident user of Social Media
  • Knowledge of Canva

Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Creation

-Providing content for TechPro Academy Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts.

-Contributing towards media plan and liaising with media.

-Scheduling organic social campaigns while launching new campaign ideas

-Measuring campaign results and reporting findings.

-Keeping up with SEO trends and helping us improve organic search position through content.

-Using fun social media post generators (slideshows, simple video edits)

Education

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree required:

  • Marketing
  • Media Studies
  • Communications
  • Other related field

Qualifications

Basic Understanding of marketing concepts:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Hard-working, focused and reliable

-Able to keep strict deadlines

-Comfortable with Canva
