Qualifications you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline

• Advanced proficiency in C/C++ development

• Strong foundational knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and algorithmic complexity

• Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities
•    Perform information security due diligence for M&A transactions
•    Assess and document security risks across acquired or merging environments
•    Review, secure, and integrate corporate network and identity infrastructures
•    Execute hands-on security tasks related to:

  •  Active Directory (domains, forests, trusts, GPOs, migrations)
  •  DNS architecture, security, and remediation
  • Linux and macOS system security hardening

•    Evaluate and deploy Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions
•    Assess backup and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities and gaps
•    Review and secure public-facing and internal websites, including TLS, WAFs, and configuration

Cadence seeks a talented and passionate Head of HR to join our HR Team in Greece. To oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes and align our HR initiatives with business objectives and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the HR activity in Cadence Greece – total of ~450 employees
  • Manage a local team of 4 HR professionals responsible for recruitment, training, systems, and employee relations. Provide them with guidance and support

Experience and Technical Skills required:
