are looking for an ERP Operations & SQL Database Specialist to take full ownership of the
health, performance, and release cycle of our Business Central environment. You will be

Responsibilities: Your Impact

As Einhell’s ERP Operations & SQL Performance Specialist, you are the bridge between
the development team and the infrastructure, ensuring that our Business Central
ecosystem is proactive, not reactive.

• MS SQL Mastery: Take full ownership of database maintenance and monitoring.
You will monitor and optimize MS SQL Server performance, queries, and indexes to
prevent issues before they reach production.
• Performance Governance & Telemetry: Establish processes for performance
reviews. You will utilize Telemetry to check for missing indexes, suggest better data
models, and implement event monitoring to ensure long-term stability.
• DevOps & Release Management: Organize the structure of our releases and
manage the DevOps lifecycle. You will ensure that every deployment is smooth and
well-structured.
• Microsoft Ecosystem Integration: Build and maintain models for monitoring
system events using the Power Platform and other MS tools, creating a “safety net”
that prevents performance degradation.
• Infrastructure Liaison: Work in close cooperation with the Infrastructure team,
managing database-specific tasks while streamlining the operational workflow.
• Quality Gatekeeper: Review the impact of new features on system resources,
making productive suggestions on how to maintain a high-performing environment.

Requirements: What you bring

We are looking for a professional with a strong SQL/DBA background who loves system
internals and operational excellence within the Microsoft stack.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator (DBA) or in
an ERP Operations role.
• Infrastructure Focus: Strong hands-on experience with on-premises MS SQL
Server infrastructure. Experience with cloud environments is a great plus.
• Performance Tuning: Deep knowledge of query optimization, index management,
and SQL Server internals.
• Microsoft Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools such as
Power Platform, Azure AD, and Telemetry.
• DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with managing releases and organizing deployment
structures.
• ERP Awareness: Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business
Central or NAV is highly preferred, especially regarding its database structure.
• Analytical Thinking: You are a problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and
documenting complex system behaviors.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a strong plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is great, but
your skills matter most.

The Mission: We are looking for a Salesforce Application Manager to join our newly
established Center of Excellence (CXM). As the Salesforce Application Manager, you will
take full responsibility for the Salesforce platform. You will be the one to propose
customizations, decide on technical architectures, and ensure that our new global rollout
(starting from Germany and going worldwide) is scalable, robust, and high-performing.

Responsibilities: Your Impact

As Einhell’s Salesforce Application Manager, you will be the technical lead for the
platform, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical excellence. More
specifically, your duties will be the following:

• Platform Ownership: Take full technical responsibility for the Salesforce
environment, ensuring system integrity and performance.
• Technical Decision Making: Analyze requirements from Product Owners and
stakeholders, translating them into actionable, scalable technical tasks.
• Advanced Configuration: Lead the configuration and continuous development
of the platform, going far beyond standard administration to drive high-level
optimization.
• Collaboration with Partners: Act as the primary technical point of contact for
our external implementation partners (development), ensuring their work aligns
with our long-term architecture.
• Process Automation: Design and implement automated business processes in
close collaboration with the business units to maximize efficiency.
• Governance: Manage user architecture, roles, and security compliance, while
maintaining sophisticated reports and dashboards for global visibility.

Requirements: What you bring

For this exciting Salesforce Application Manager position, are looking for a senior
professional who thrives on responsibility and technical challenges.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator,
Consultant, Technical Product Owner, or IT Project Manager within the
Salesforce ecosystem.
• Technical Depth: Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform. You
know how “under the hood” things work and how to customize them effectively.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to structure complex business requirements into
clean technical solutions.
• Stakeholder Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Lead
POs and external service providers.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and
written) is a must, as we operate in an international environment. German or
other languages are considered a strong plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is great,

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications are highly desirable and will be
