Become the AI Multiplier for an Entire Venture Building Portfolio
We’re not looking for an AI theorist. We’re looking for a coach. A doer. A mentor. A sharp and curious mind who thrives at the intersection of technology and people.
At Starttech Ventures, we’re building B2B SaaS companies from the ground up. AI is already reshaping how we work — and we want to go all-in.
That’s where you come in.
What is Starttech Ventures
- Starttech Ventures is not a VC. We’re a venture builder.
- We don’t fund startups — we co-found them.
- We partner with atypical entrepreneurs to start a new B2B SaaS company with us. There’s no idea to pitch. We’ll define the value proposition together — and build it from scratch.
Your Mission
As our Practical AI Coach, you’ll become the internal go-to expert on real-world AI tools and platforms — think ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, GitHub Copilot, Perplexity, and whatever comes next.
Your job is to help every single person in our portfolio — from developers and marketers to finance and ops — rethink their workflow and achieve a massive productivity boost.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Stay constantly up to date with the evolving world of practical generative AI tools
- Test, compare, and master tools across content, coding, data, design, research, and productivity
- Coach, mentor, and work hands-on with teams across Starttech’s venture portfolio
- Design lightweight workshops, cheat sheets, and onboarding flows for AI-powered workflows
- Deep dive into every job role (yes, all of them) to identify opportunities for AI transformation
- Report directly to the CEO (yes, that’s me – Dimitris Tsingos)
You Might Be…
- An engineer who’s become obsessed with GenAI
- A product or operations person who’s already transformed how they work using AI tools
- A practical technologist who loves explaining things and helping others level up
- Curious, disciplined, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and figure things out fast
What This Job Is Not
- This is not an R&D job in AI/ML algorithms
- This is not about writing research papers or building LLMs from scratch
- It’s about making AI useful. Today. For real people. In real jobs.
Requirements
- Engineering, computer science, or other technical degree preferred
- 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to both technical and business domains
- Fluency in English
- Relocation to Athens required — this is an on-site role
- Full-time, exclusive commitment
- A relentless curiosity and a strong work ethic
What You’ll Get
- A central role in the transformation of multiple startups
- Daily contact with brilliant teams building real products
- Personal growth in one of the fastest-moving domains on earth
- A chance to work at the frontier of AI adoption — not theory, practice
- A high-trust environment reporting directly to the founder
- A career-defining experience that’s intense, but full of purpose
