About the Role

We are seeking for commercial and data-driven Senior Business Analysts to join our Product team. As a Senior Business Analyst at Infiterra, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy and technical delivery. You will work side-by-side with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, helping translate business needs into clear technical requirements that empower the engineering team to execute efficiently in 3-week agile sprints.

This is not a documentation-only role. You are expected to deeply understand a technically complex SaaS product, and actively shape solutions alongside Product Managers and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the analysis and definition of business and functional requirements for product initiatives, from discovery through delivery
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements ready for sprint execution
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams during backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery to ensure shared understanding and feasibility
  • Work with APIs, integrations, and data flows, understanding how systems interact and where constraints exist
  • Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity at all stages
  • Challenge assumptions and propose better solutions, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and scalability
  • Support solution design by validating requirements against the existing architecture and SDLC practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product discovery, requirements quality, and delivery processes
  • Monitor key product metrics and use data to propose process and product improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a SaaS or software product environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and pragmatic mindset and the ability to break down complex business problems
  • Experience producing user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams delivering in agile, sprint-based frameworks
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and how requirements translate into technical implementation
  • Solid understanding of API concepts, integrations, and and technical documentation
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to challenge both business and technical stakeholders when needed

Bonus Points

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or platform products
  • Familiarity with complex domain models, workflows, or multi-tenant systems
  • Exposure to cloud-based architectures and integration-heavy ecosystems

Why This Role Matters

Infiterra’s product is technically complex and business-critical for its customers. This role ensures that what we build is not only valuable but also technically sound, scalable, and deliverable. As a Senior Business Analyst, your work directly impacts product quality, delivery speed, and customer outcomes.

Benefits

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Health and life insurance program
  • Learning & development budget
  • A passionate, international, and supportive team

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Application Security Engineer to embed security into how we design, build, and operate software; not as an afterthought, but as part of everyday engineering. You’ll work hands-on with product and engineering teams to identify risks early, improve secure-by-design practices, and continuously raise the bar of our application security posture. This is a practical AppSec role: close to the code, close to the architecture, and deeply integrated into the SDLC.

What you’ll do

Embed security into the SDLC

  • Integrate security activities across all SDLC phases: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure secure development practices are applied consistently.
  • Review security controls for new features, services, and architectural changes.

Threat modeling & secure design

  • Run threat modeling sessions (e.g. STRIDE) for new and existing systems.
  • Identify threats, attack paths, misconfigurations, and insecure design patterns.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure systems follow secure-by-design principles.

Secure code & architecture reviews

  • Perform security-focused code reviews to identify vulnerabilities and risky implementations.
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance on secure coding patterns and best practices.
  • Assess application and system architectures from a security perspective.

Security testing & tooling

  • Perform manual and automated web application security testing (e.g. injection flaws, auth issues, access control gaps, insecure configs, logic flaws).
  • Operate, tune, and improve AppSec tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, dependency scanning).
  • Integrate and automate security checks within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify gaps in tooling and recommend or introduce improvements.

Incident response support

  • Support engineering teams during application security incidents or vulnerability disclosures.
  • Contribute to triage, impact assessment, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure lessons learned are fed back into design, tooling, and processes.

Security awareness & enablement

  • Enable engineers through training, documentation, and hands-on guidance.
  • Create and maintain secure coding guidelines, checklists, and internal resources.
  • Act as a trusted security partner, not a blocker.

Core requirements

  • Strong understanding of secure software development principles.
  • Solid knowledge of common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE).
  • Experience working within modern SDLCs and agile development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, etc.).
  • Experience integrating security tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with web application security testing.
  • Ability to assess risk pragmatically and prioritize remediation.
  • Understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and microservices.
  • Background working closely with product and engineering teams.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to security metrics, maturity models, or AppSec program building.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work.
  • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work).
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Health and life insurance program.
  • Learning & development budget.
  • Tech-driven, friendly team with a international mindset.

Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and technically-minded Manual QA Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper of quality, responsible for validating our front-end web applications and back-end services. You will work as an embedded member of our Scrum teams, ensuring the “Definition of Done” is met for every story. Your mission is to ensure that what we build is functional, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-Stack Manual Testing: Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for complex web applications.
  • API Validation: Use Postman to perform thorough API testing, validating status codes, payloads, and error handling.
  • Automation Collaboration: Partner with Automation Test Engineers to identify manual test cases that are high-priority for automation and identify gaps in existing test coverage.
  • Data Integrity: Write and execute SQL queries to perform database validation and ensure backend data aligns with the front-end UI.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira, providing detailed logs, screenshots, and clear reproduction steps.
  • Task Tracking: Manage and update Work Items within Azure DevOps to ensure testing progress is transparent and aligned with sprint goals.
  • Technical Collaboration: Use Azure DevOps to review automation run results and maintain alignment between manual test cases and the automated suite.
  • Scrum Participation: Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to provide a QA perspective on upcoming features.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in manual software testing or QA, specifically focused on web platforms.
  • Agile Expertise: Proven experience working within Scrum or Kanban teams, with a solid understanding of agile ceremonies and deliverables.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and proficiency in writing SQL queries for data verification.
  • Tooling Expertise: Demonstrated expertise using Jira for the full bug-tracking lifecycle and experience managing tasks/requirements via Azure DevOps Work Items.
  • SDLC Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern testing methodologies (Functional, Integration, Regression, etc.).
  • Analytical Mindset: Sharp problem-solving skills to identify root causes and a “user-first” approach to identifying UX friction.

Nice to Haves

  • Infrastructure Familiarity: Basic comfort with Kubernetes (e.g., checking pod status or logs) to assist in debugging.
  • Code Literacy: Ability to read basic automation scripts in Azure DevOps to understand existing test coverage.
  • Browser DevTools: Proficiency in using browser developer tools to troubleshoot console errors or network issues.

Benefits

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Health and life insurance program
  • Learning & development budget
  • A passionate, international, and supportive team

About the Role

We are looking for an entry level Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers; helping them solve technical problems, understand product behavior, and get the most out of our platform.

To succeed in this role, you do not need years of experience, but you do need the right mindset: curious, analytical, and comfortable in a technical environment.

This role is for you, if:

  • You are curious; you ask “why”, not just “what”. You want to understand problems, not just close tickets
  • You are resilient; supporting customers can be demanding. You can handle frustration and repetitive work without losing your drive
  • You are patient; you can work through tedious tasks methodically and maintain quality throughout
  • You take initiative; you spot roadblocks early and flag them proactively instead of waiting for someone to notice
  • You have excellent communication skills; you write and speak clearly in both Greek and English, with a professional but human tone
  • You have an engineering mindset; you approach problems systematically. You form a hypothesis, test it, and work from evidence rather than pure guesswork
  • You have team spirit; you collaborate openly with fellow agents, engineers, and product teams, and share what you learn

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer tickets end-to-end, how-tos, product questions, and basic bug reports
  • Investigate, reproduce, and validate reported issues and bugs, escalating complex cases to the right people
  • Carry out routine operational tasks: data imports, catalog updates, order setup, onboarding configuration
  • Log and update customer cases with documentation
  • Track and meet SLAs, maintaining customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Document your work clearly so others can learn from it and cases are well-tracked
  • Identify and flag gaps in product documentation and share findings with relevant teams
  • Participate in a rotating shift schedule to support our customers in different time zones (1 week evenings, 3 weeks mornings)
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve complex issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field — this matters, because you will be working with technical requests and solve technical problems
  • Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and databases
  • Some exposure to APIs and structured data formats like JSON is a plus, you don’t need to be proficient, but being curious enough to learn is essential.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and maintain quality around the clock.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English — written and spoken — to support our diverse customer base.

Benefits

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work).
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Health and life insurance program.
  • Learning & development budget.
  • Tech-driven, friendly team with a international mindset.
